Veldarium is building toward an American shipbuilding company. It starts with the software and intelligence needed to keep engineering, configuration, material, work, inspection and as-built evidence in agreement.

VeldBuild is the deterministic build-state layer in development. VeldMind is the bounded reasoning layer over governed state. VeldMind proposes; a named human authorizes; VeldBuild records the approved state.

## What exists today

The public proof is a deterministic, synthetic study on VS-001 and WP-019. It is not a shipyard, production telemetry, an engineering release, or an autonomous agent. Unknown evidence remains unknown.
