How Veldarium handles information collected through this website.
Effective: July 17, 2026 · Last updated: July 17, 2026
What this site is
Veldarium.com is a public company website operated by Veldarium Technology Systems LLC. It includes information about the Operational Breakpoint Diagnostic, systems work, public proof, editorial content (Field Notes), and a contact form. It is not a customer-facing application, a regulated service, or a consumer product with user accounts.
Information collected
The site does not provide user accounts or customer software access. Information collected is limited to:
- Inquiry submissions. When you use the contact form, Veldarium collects the name, work email, company (optional), description of what keeps breaking (required), and approximate urgency (optional) that you provide. This information is used only to review and respond to the inquiry and to maintain a record of company correspondence.
- Email contact. If you email founders@veldarium.com directly, that communication is handled as normal business correspondence.
- Technical and hosting logs. Hosting infrastructure and content delivery services may create standard server and access logs as a routine part of operating the site.
- Performance telemetry. Veldarium uses Vercel Speed Insights to measure page performance and loading experience. This is performance telemetry, not behavioral analytics or conversion tracking. It does not collect form contents, names, email addresses, or other personally identifying information through the Speed Insights script.
- Page and conversion analytics. Veldarium uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand which pages visitors find useful and whether key actions—such as starting a diagnostic or contacting the founder—are completed. These events are anonymous: they do not include names, email addresses, companies, form contents, or workflow descriptions. Web Analytics is enabled only if the Veldarium Vercel project has Web Analytics turned on in the project dashboard.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to review and respond to diagnostic requests, systems work, research correspondence, and related business communication. Veldarium does not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
When a transactional email provider is configured, inquiry submissions are forwarded via that provider for internal review. The provider currently in use for this function is Resend (resend.com). Their own privacy practices govern how they handle the transmission.
Retention
Business correspondence and inquiry records are retained according to the following schedule, unless a longer period is required by law or an active agreement:
- Unqualified inquiries. Up to 12 months from the last response, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
- Active prospective-client correspondence. Up to 24 months from the last substantive exchange, or the duration of an active engagement discussion, whichever is longer.
- Client and contractual records. According to the applicable written agreement and operational, tax, and legal requirements.
Deletion requests are honored when legally and operationally permitted. Veldarium does not retain inquiry records longer than necessary for the purpose they were collected.
Cookies
This site does not set tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics cookies. The hosting infrastructure may set technical cookies necessary for operation or security. No consent banner is shown because no consent-requiring cookies are knowingly deployed.
Sensitive material
Do not send passwords, credentials, confidential business records, regulated information, or sensitive customer data through the public site or by email. If a discussion requires secure handling, that should be arranged separately before transmitting sensitive material.
Access and deletion requests
If you have submitted an inquiry and wish to have the associated information deleted, corrected, or exported, you may contact us at founders@veldarium.com. Veldarium will respond to reasonable requests consistent with applicable law and any ongoing contractual, tax, or operational obligations that require retention.
External links
This site may link to external resources, including Field Notes references. Veldarium does not control those sites and is not responsible for their privacy practices.
